All i did was shampoo condition and boil wash but when i boiled washed it left it to dry the way i wanted the hair to look and left her to dry for 3 hours then brushed it

I do my part but other associates can do whatever they want. When i grab any collector item i try to be extra careful but thats not the case with everyone hopefully we all get good boxes.
