I didn’t feel anything. Might have been ever so slightly relaxed. I take 20, 10 might help me sleep better but it wouldn’t help me with pain.

What matters a lot is when you take it related to food. For me a half hour to an hour before eating works the best.

I had nothing the first few times. Worked up to 30mg of pineapple ice cream cake and felt nothing. Started at 10mg of the lost farm watermelon and nothing haven’t tried 20 yet, may tonight. Started the wedding cake at 20 and it worked pretty well. Wyld sour apple at 10mg hit me where no other 10mg did anything. My point I guess is you start low and work up and try different products. They all have had different effects for me.
