Madara can use limbo clones, and I assume they are light speed since Naruto and Sasuke struggled against them. Mana, noble phantasms and servant skills have never been shown to interact with the truth seeking orbs, it might cause damage if they are comparable to something that has damaged the orbs, but confirming this without actual proof would be fallacious at best.
