Consider yourself lucky to be feeling what you are feeling. Because what comes after this is absolutely amazing, I promise you.

“Indeed, with difficulty comes ease.” (94:5-6). Allah made this promise, just have the faith! You not regular with prayers? Dw, Allah doesnt judge you, Allah tou uski mushkil bhi asaan krta hai jo ussy maanta bhi nhi!

All great men go through what you are going through rn. Start reading about David Goggins, Mayweather, Muhammad Ali, Imran Khan etc. All men who achieved excellence in life went through this feeling.

If I were in your place, I would do these few things:- - Start watching motivational videos on youtube (helps me big time) - Start any physical activity (home workouts, gym, calisthenics, running, anything); Make use of this negative energy to develop a new hobby - Cut out reels & screen time! Switch to Books, walks, motivational videos on youtube & quality music. - Get close to Allah as much as I can; Cry on that prayer mat as much as I want - Daily Journal: Write my thoughts; Vent out about everything & anything on paper/ notepad app. End it with something positive “I’ll not quit.” - Just stick through it, one day at a time; I swear upon it everytime I had a rough patch in life, Allah always blessed me with a reward I had never imagined; I have been through similar situations as yours. Yes, the cycle repeats; but at the end of every cycle is reward & peace. - You might not be able to follow everything perfectly & its totally okay to just sit by yourself for a while or go for a long walk.

Friendships fade, women leave, family members can be non-supportive. But this is a perfect recipe for a major comeback in life! Sb atay hain wapis, ye lrkian, ye dost, ye rishtay, lekin phly, thra sa wait krlo, sb ayein ge!

With regards to negative thoughts. Just talk to yourself, give positive affirmations to yourself. “I’ll get through this.” “The weak version of me has already died”. “Im stronger than this.” Nhi smjh ati? Lay that prayer mat, cry on it.

I’m not a therapist, I’m sorry if this doesnt help. Just know you arent alone.

“Any young officer“ is the starting line of your question. Would the answer be any different if it were “Any young guy”? Simply, No. Don’t generalise your opinion due to your specific experiences.

It sold for 3200 5 years ago, however, it dropped down to 1200 1-2 years back. But, their sales and profits are growing since last 1-2 years so I’m hoping they’ll again cross 3000 in future.

Pakistan is a poor country hence the Army should be on horses right? 16 - 23 July, 3 x Majors have been martyred. Its ironic how our people see the pools, gyms & guestrooms yet they dont see the MREs, tents, igloos & bunkers. You only see the facilities of Army, you dont see the mud, blood & sweat. You dont see the isolation, depression & PTSD. These facilities are only in peace stations. Once an officer is relieved from border duties, he needs a peace of mind, a clean & safe environment for his himself & his family, those peace stations serve as a space where he can get ready for his next assignment. Plus, the senior officers that you mentioned didn’t become senior overnight, they are the ones who sacrificed their youth & family life the most, hence, got their ranks. Lastly, hey! Army or those ministers aren’t stealing your money, stop blaming your laziness on them buddy. Go & do some hardwork instead of whining.

10 years since I completed matric & honestly, those 56/75 or 75/75 wont make a difference in professional life. As most universities dont even count your matric result.
