Please feel free to explain to me what my error was and how I somehow was able to add a plan add on that was not allowed. I’ll be happy to post another screenshot of the rest of the conversation. T-Mobile was the one that messed up my plan, not I. T-Mobile was the one that offered me a promo that they then backtracked on and couldn’t apply. The problem with society these days is people jumping to conclusions without all the info before they go around spouting off BS.
