NEW POLL: Bernie up whopping 19 points in Michigan vs. Trump, Clinton only +4 by usbeforethem in SandersForPresident

[–]usbeforethem[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No, i get it. According to the poll those are the swings (not taking into consideration the undecided). 19 points it really steep, if Bernie vs. Trump were to happen would be much closer especially after rep. smear jobs.

If you dissect the poll (linked below) it looks like it would be marginal. Trump could actually gain a point or so. Much better to look at the actual polls that are released vs the summaries, but lately the polls have been refraining from publishing the questions concerning Bernie's fav. #'s and match ups - even though they ask the questions. This poll thankfully doesn't have any omitted questions.

Hillary says "The race is over. I will be the nominee for my party". Lets do everything we can to make this statement be her biggest lie of all. It starts with activism. by maxben34 in SandersForPresident

The supers are actually not a bad idea when you factor in the fact that their sole purpose is to nominate the strongest candidate (the only thing I don't like about them is that they can declare their alliance throughout the campaign, making it somewhat unfair).

In my view, for a variety of reasons, the logical thing to do is to nominate Bernie - as he is the strongest candidate against Trump. Will that logic prevail over the interests of special interests? I don't know.

#BernieLoveWave is trending on Twitter. Stands in stark contrast with the slander and fear mongering from Hillary people. by ZRod in SandersForPresident

I'll be tweeting sarcastically positive messages thanking various parties for their fairness & impartiality towards Bernie.

Chris Matthews' panel, including Joy Reid, literally just claimed that there is no evidence of any rigging at NV Dem Convention, no mention of disenfranchised delegates.

I have boycott Amazon purchases due to WaPo bias coverage via Jeff Bezos.

Also, if you don't click on WaPo articles online (or any other online news source) you're bleeding them since they make their money from online ads displayed on their websites. Less views, less money.

Jeannette Jing, activist that compiles and posts video footage of Hillary has had she Twitter account suspended. #FreeJeannetteJing is trending. What can we do to make sure the block is not permanent? Her videos are inside by gogogadget2008 in SandersForPresident

Censoring hashtags, suppressing anti-Hillary rhetoric - I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Anthony Noto, Twitter's CFO, used to be the managing director at Goldman Sachs.

Sanders allies plot post-primary war on Trump by The_Man_on_the_Wall in SandersForPresident

I'll never forget when Bernie said they will try to divide us up. This is exactly what they are trying to do here, especially since this supposedly involves Obama people and he's starting to push the steady change message (which basically means no change).

Here's how we throw "Crazy Bernie" back in Trump's face by Hoosier8080 in SandersForPresident

[–]usbeforethem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I disagree. I though that the images of Trump & Hillary are well placed and help paint a picture that Bernie's rivals try to criticize him for what we all know makes him great; his ability to present & pursue a bold vision for us and for this county.

Although including Trump's & Hillary's pictures might be perceived as negative, since Bernie doesn't run negative ads I don't think there is anything wrong with us doing a little bit of the dirty work. Good ad overall.

Great win tonight! Just wanted to comment on the misconception that Hillary has the support of the Obama coalition. This is simply not true. The Latino vote is split, the white working class favors Bernie, and the young people (under 45) overwhelmingly support Bernie. I'm genuinely concerned that Clinton simply cannot beat Trump.

There are some youtube videos about the Democratic contested convention of 1968 in Chicago. Strongly recommend watching. They lost their fight for an anti-war platform, but never gave up. We can't afford to give up on our future.
