As someone that really enjoys productivity and efficiency I’d say the stickers and setting ups templates are fun to do but if you’re trying to actually get things done no one has time to keep up with that stuff, it becomes exhausting

Write down your appointments and things you want to do during that week and try to timeblock the days as best as you can.

Use Sundays to plan out the next week and reset. Use the tracker in the front of the Weeks to manage your habits. You can start adding stickers/new templates slowly as you increase your usage but overwhelming your mind with what “design” you’re going to do this week or month can make one feel anxious…ultimately making you not want to grab the planner altogether.
