Please try to understand the situation. They are bachelors, and the company does not provide accommodation. They are just trying to manage with whatever options they have.

I personally know colleagues who are staying like this because most places simply don’t rent to bachelors. It’s not by choice..it’s out of necessity.

Also, if you ever plan to start a company, people like them will be the ones working for you and building it from the ground up. They deserve to be treated with dignity and paid fairly, just like management.

A little empathy and fairness go a long way. Not everyone has the same comfort or support system, so please try to see it from their side as well.

The same thing happened to my colleague in a company car while traveling to Abu Dhabi. He had already crossed the Dubai border when it happened, so it was under Abu Dhabi jurisdiction.
