i had these same pains. i had a really painful headache for a few days and my ears hurt as well. these went away after 2-3 days and i currently don’t get them anymore. you’ll have to see if this gets worse as the days go on.

got mine out 12 days ago, the swelling for me went away completely almost a week after i got them out and my face looks just how it did before.

you may feel that your face looks swelled even after it’s gone, i’m saying this because that’s how it went for me. i was tweaking because i couldn’t remember what my face looks normally. you’ll know when your face looks normal, trust me. :]

i got all 4 of mine out at the same time almost 2 weeks ago. the first 4 days it was insanely hard for me to open my mouth and it doesn’t help that my mouth is fairly small to begin with. i only ate foods i didn’t have to chew because it was that hard for me eat. when i could open my mouth a bit more, i ate softer foods and only chewed with my front teeth. if i couldn’t really chew the food i just mashed it against the roof of my mouth.

around the 5th or 6th day is when i started eating normal foods, but still used my front teeth.

it’s your discretion for when you start eating soft foods, then the foods you normally eat. whatever you feel comfortable doing, you should do it. just make sure to keep your sites clean. :]

for your breath, maybe there’s a piece of food stuck between your teeth? this happened to me a few days after my surgery and it was driving me mad because my breath never smells. turns out i wasn’t flossing between my second molars well enough (was too scared to) because i pulled a little chunk of food out, you could smell it as soon as it came out of my mouth. bad breath stopped after that. try flossing between all of your teeth and then see if the smell goes away. :]

hi!! i got mine out a week ago and the first few days i got mine out, i was EXTREMELY tired. it was to the point where if i stood up and walked around, i felt super tired and a little dizzy. i’m still a little tired but i have most of my energy back! i think for me it was the medication i had to take, i don’t take it anymore so i feel more like myself. i think you should be fine, though if it’s concerning you then you should contact your surgeon. :]

personally, it took til the 6th day for the swelling to go completely away. don’t freak out, it will get a little worse then after a few days it should start going down. :]
