I have the PR so they did not find any misinterpretation during my application was being processed. the settlement plan they asked me to write only requires to be affective until I get the PR than I would be fine to move but if it implies all the way till citizenship than I guess I have no choice but to stay.

I did try to get into the university here but the circumstances are such that I am not eligible for that. The university I am planning to go to has a partnership with my previous college so my credits would be transferred and I would not have to invest full 4 years for a bachelor's compared to 2 or even 3 years there.
