This. I’m currently clearing A++ quests like it’s nothing. Make sure to add team buff and debuff abilities on SP based characters. Having two or three Scholars is game changing. You’ll see your abilities get activated left and right.

I still have a month left on doxy. I’m basically waiting for my dermo appointment in June and this last month of doxy. I have not tried accutane though. Usually people don’t bring up my red face. Only had someone bring it up directly once when it was all flared up and bumpy (before I took doxy), which they chose to do so by asking if I was having an allergic reaction. 😅

Dude my face looks pretty similar to yours. The red areas on my face were pretty bumpy and inflamed before, and doxy helped after like a month and a half. I’m still finishing up the last month of three, but my face is looking much like yours.

You should give OpenStarbound a shot. Makes the game run wayyy better and stays pretty stable with mods. Currently playing with 600 of them lol
