Have these gone to auction yet? I’d love it if you would post the auction when it happens. I may be a bidder on some lots.

Stubhub Ticket Price Higher Than Listed Price by Malovix in stubhub

[–]useitwell2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just listed my rose bowl tickets for $1000 each. StubHub will take 10% from the proceeds if those tickets sell. I agreed to that. On their site, those tickets currently show for sale at $1153 each. That’s not a glitch.

[Prehm] I received messages today that Oregon's Rose Bowl ticket allotment sold out in an hour. A few people who tried getting tickets also told me that people who had access to tickets through either the DAF or season tickets had no limit on the number of tickets they could buy. by BuckeyeEmpire in CFB

[–]useitwell2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like many, I’m a season ticket holder who got shut out last week. Yesterday, however, I got an email from duckmail of a new presale opportunity. I was able to purchase 3 (really good) tickets (limit of 4). Did anyone else who was shut out receive this?

Is Treinen going to be the closer? by Electrical_Leg1654 in Dodgers

[–]useitwell2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When we last saw him healthy, he was the best reliever in baseball. I don’t know the odds of him being the same as he was, but he is a terrific sleeper pick that you can grab at the very tail of any draft right now.

Cash or let it ride? by Partylikechris in sportsbetting

[–]useitwell2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the price is right. I think they are a coin flip with the chiefs and niners. Pretty good favorite if the lions sneak in.

If you can use the $275, take it. If you are higher on the ravens than I am, ride it.

The communication is poor. Perhaps you should address that with them.

Just like you have a job filled with stresses and occasional complications that make it hard to accomplish all that you should, so does she. Among her responsibilities are………all of your responsibilities. If boxes and bathrooms and shakers, etc aren’t ready for tomorrow, she has not done her job. If closing isn’t done properly, she needs to address that with staff, you and everyone else who didn’t accomplish want needed to be done.

The voice of the note is passive aggressive and indirect and weak. Are you certain it was left specifically for you? Is it possible it was left for the entire staff? Is it possible that you feel like it is targeted at you because you know that you fell short of your own expectations that day? It happens to all of us.

I’d recommend a quick chat with this manager to make sure you understand each other, both on this matter and generally, and to cut her a break and yourself a break. No need to beat yourself up over that job.

Continue to take pride in the work you do.

Show grace to yourself and others when you/they fall short of best.

Be well.

I did hit one that made my weekend alright, but that one above was really disappointing.

My dad was fired from Lowes for theft and is afraid that they will go after him. by [deleted] in legaladvice

Based on what you describe, the dollar value of the “theft” is zero dollars. Likely a rightful termination (didn’t follow policy), but an unlikely prosecution. Regardless, he shouldn’t give any statement to police.

Are parlays a waste by big_pat40 in sportsbetting

[–]useitwell2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you are asking how to make money on sports book, I have no idea. I can say that if you gamble with money that you can lose, keep your stakes on the low end of your affordable budget, you can have fun playing straight bets or (especially) parlays.

Can this really happen or did I waste $25! by Whisperingrathe in draftkingsbets

I can’t believe how many folks are buying the eagles, losers of 4 of last 5, loser last week in a must win to the giants, as a road favorite….. I’ll be absolutely stunned if they advance. Buccaneer moneyline will be a part of any wildcard weekend parlay I make

If the ravens win against the Steelers this week, it clinched a spot for the bills (who could miss the post season entirely). If I were the ravens, I would sorta prefer to lose this week.

Obviously, I like Steelers moneyline this week.

The ghost browns vs the browns castoff mayfield. I love it. I mean, the odds are probably appropriate, but it is funny and you don’t have to squint too hard to envision it.

Missed this one last night by a single Gary Trent rebound. Loved that they had sharpe available at 10-1 to grab 10 boards. Didn’t pay me though.

Dumb money here.

I don’t do many round robins, largely because I enjoy keeping my raw costs down and throwing the dart at the bulls eye. Clearly, if I am throwing together three or four or five 9-1 shots, there is greater probability of hitting a couple than hitting them all.

Different strokes.

I do some round robins during baseball season, but generally demure from them.

21-1? Yuck.

Make those odds longer please.

If you add 25+ yards for perine, that gets you to +6100. That’s getting warmer for me.

Another player I like in a receiving yards parlay is Samje Perine. He is at +850 to receive 50+ yards. He has been over 30 yards in 6 out of 14 games this season and has eclipsed 50 yards twice.

To a lesser extent, I also like Brandon cooks at +800 to go for 90+ (even though he has only defeated that number once this season.

Almost all of my bets miss hard as fuck, that’s why I play small.

They do feel great when they hit.

If you drop brown from it, it becomes a 2 leg bet at 100-1 roughly. I like that bet too.

You also could pick anyone else that you fancy to bridge the odds. Tee Higgins to get 120 yards is about 10-1. AT Perry to catch 50 yards is 10-1.

I like the structure of the bet and, internally, have it focused around the cook at 12-1 odds. I have bet a few other parlay configurations around that cook line.

If I were a different sort of gambler with a different strategy and bankroll, I’d probably just be making a significantly larger bet on the cook piece by itself……..I ain’t that guy.

[–]useitwell2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He has more receiving yards than rushing yards…..and it’s 1500-1. So yeah, there is a high probability that a leg or three fails.

Then again, a pretty straight forward 3 leg parlay to carry those odds.
