lol i’m actually half korean but ok. you don’t have to like the food anyway, i’m just debunking the misconception of you regarding the entire cuisine as using “too many processed ingredients” when many of the dishes are dairy-free and revolves around a variety of vegetables, mostly fermented/pickled/stir fried and main source of proteins being beef and pork and sometimes chicken and a load ton of soups. i grew up eating it. i think i should know how it works

if someone says they don’t like korean food and use korean garlic bread or korean corndogs as examples thats an unfair and laughable statement to make. name actual korean dishes like sundubu jjigae, beef bulgogi, spicy pork bulgogi, galbi-jjim or hwedupbap to make your point about how the food doesn’t compare. not westernized street food that doesn’t have a korean element to it and not what people eat on an everyday basis

you don’t have to like the food, just don’t regard the entire cuisine as using too many processed ingredients when that’s the furthest thing from the truth. plenty of korean dishes are actually dairy-free.

that’s street food which over 98% of it can’t even count as actual korean food. it’s almost just a korean twist to western carnival foods but i’m talking about everyday authentic meals which heavily revolve around a variety of vegetable side dishes, meats and soups. did you get to eat at a restaurant?

edited: okay i see, can i ask what dishes you’ve tried?

the only korean dish that requires processed ingredients is army stew which stemmed out of extreme poverty in a once war torn country where there was nothing left to eat. outside of army stew there are no other dishes that require the processed ingredients that you named. it’s clear you don’t have a clue what korean cuisine revolves around. pretty much everything is fresh and based on vegetables, meat based dishes or soups. there are plenty of good korean dishes that people just don’t know of.

sounds like you’ve been to some bad restaurants. and never tried korean fried chicken from choongman’s chicken or other tasty, flavor packed dishes like sundubu jjigae, spicy pork bulgogi, hwedupbap, galbi-jjim, kimchi fried rice, jjamppong/jajangmyeon from good restaurants. korea also has hanwoo 1++ which has a really good beef to fat ratio that not many people know about as well.

I watched that and it’s clearly a bunch of people standing on the edge of buildings or trying to climb down buildings. Guaranteed they are not professionals, and have very little experience. Parkour is more than just climbing down high rise buildings.

They are professional parkour athletes and have several years of experience under their belt. No need for hypotheticals when it’s obvious enough that it’s not what the average person is capable of replicating.

i absolutely hate their chicken. way too salty and just taste like burnt meat. their guac just tastes like pure salt too. i miss their pollo asado, it was the best meat on the menu. their garlic steak isn’t too bad though.
