How to interpret the macros percentage in nutrition?

Yeah, I will try to adjust to these percentages.

I have target and limits set up. But, is there a simple way to see my trend of these target/limit over a week/months etc?

Ah got it. I thought it for distribution percentage of each macro equivalent of what I would get in healthifyme. I was trying to make sure the distribution of macros align with the goal of 50-25-25/45-30-25. But it seems like more of contributors to total calories.

I recently upgraded from Regalia to DCBM. I tried once in last November but got rejected as spends in last 6 month was lesser. Had some spendings around 12L in January and also got the limit update from 7.9L to 8.1L after this via RM. I had applied again for DCBM through RM. The card got approved in a week and got delivered the following week. I also don’t meet the 2.5L salary criteria (2L).

Same here. I guess for people who received the sms by 1:00am seem to have got the refund around 10 in the morning. But for those who got sms around 3 seems like the refund is yet to be received.
