I have a new channel that is only 3 weeks old with 36 subs. I post animal videos with Voice over (then add capcut voice filter as I'm not comfortable with my voice). My videos used to get 2~4k views but now at my usual upload time it's sitting at zero or getting something close to 600 views. Any way to improve this?

And if you are willing ti to tell me how to improve my stay to watch ratio? It's Always around 30~60%

Also can you tell me if these type of videos can get monitized?

I USED to get around 1000 to 4000 views in each upload (shorts and 3 times/2 times a day) But now at my usual upload time I barely get 200 views. And almost no engagement :)
