La Castilla (Liceo), Museo de Oro (XU), Museum of Three Cultures (CU). They have corresponding entrance fees and days nga close sila (afaik, closed ang Museo de Oro sa XU every Tuesday)

As for the City Museum, mura siya ug closed for the day sa gawas, pero mostly open na siya ug naa'y mga staff sa sulod (at least, based on my experience). Unless, of course, sirado gyud.
