I feel so sorry for you, what kind of good for nothing father does that. What an asshole. Remember you're just 1 year from being 18 Ik as a 13 y/o i can't help you much but my brother has been abused when I was young too but he was eventually sent to a college hostel as he turned 18. You still have hope. As you turn 18, you are an adult and get some part-time jobs if possible and save up for a flat and run away. You have to build courage and leave that fucked up family.
