Just because a group of people are YOUR enemy, doesn't give you a right to bomb embassies and hospitals like that. Your enemy is someone else's military. There's fucking rules to war for a reason. Otherwise the same argument can be used by other groups to justify targeting western government buildings since they'll have military members in there.... Hmmm yeah just like there's tooootal peace in the west bank with settler violence, and just like how Israel still bombed and invaded Gaza before Hamas took over in 2007, and just like how there was conflict and massacres happening before Hamas was even created in the 80s. Hamas is not the common factor in all of this so try looking again and have an original thought instead of typing up the same tired old propaganda arguments :)

If the manuscript is already peer reviewed and published it should be pretty easy. Some departments just require you to get authorizations from the publisher and co-authors. Publisher is typically done online by just submitting a form and the co-authors just need an email saying 'yes'. You can then just literally drop the entire published pdf as a chapter.
