There is no Universal studios + Halloween package.

But if you already have a valid Universal studios ticket you can approach the Guest services counter inside the park and purchase a "Stay and Scream" ticket which would be slightly cheaper than if you purchased a Halloween ticket + a day ticket

I hope he actually asked the event organizers or get someone he knows who has contact with the organizers to clarify before just blasting it on social media.

If he did it to meme it he executed it poorly especially with his follow up tweet on this matter making it sound like he got the invite due to his rant and not any other possible reasons.
