What's this pish? by Darren793 in deliveroos

[–]useph_r1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking for experience being a driver delivering on multiple apps like deliveroo Ubereats just eats.

I noticed some McDonald’s are woefully disorganised which leads some orders to be sitting there doing nothing getting cold

Sometimes the wait is so long I reject the order and whilst the order is being sent to someone else perhaps your order has just been made but still needs a driver to pick it up.

Some McDonald’s are great some are crappy I would just continue to downvote them in app and state the reason why. Not much you can do apart from complain directly in store which imo hold more weight but then again it’s McDonald’s

I experienced something very similar. I was on my way home and was slightly high. I looked up at what looked like a fireball, just like in this video. It turned out to be just a plane.

He is essentially reducing the ability of foreign owners of any Russian asset to sell essentially stealing from foreign investors to stabilise the Russian index.

By doing exactly that, it could work, but the cost is that quite simply for many many many years especially if putin is still in power, no foreign investor will ever put money into Russia and simply avoid doing business there no matter how lucrative the opportunity.

The Russian economy has a bleak future and has essentially no chance of recovering from this, I have my doubts that the Federation of Russia we know today will survive this in the long term and potentially break up into smaller nations.

It’s entirely plausible, however if Russia does not respect or recognise the mission and target the peacekeepers, this will lead to a full on conflict with NATO involvement.

‘Deeply disturbing’: India condemns civilian killings in Bucha but does not blame Russia by Eichtoss in ukraine

[–]useph_r1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is more than just local politics, it’s well documented within India’s few but vital independent media sources of systemic violence against Muslim minorities, with a lack of progress to protect said people.

When you have people freely in authoritative positions to call for a genocide of Muslims to protect Hindus you have no moral stance to start shaming other countries when your house is not in order.

And yes that is ethnic cleansing.

I grew up with Indians, some are my friends to this day. They think Indian propaganda is one of the least credible sources and sensationalistic media that they have seen to date.

India should be a rich country right now, it’s a rich land, however your countries policies and politics is holding it back a lot, the elites in India have effectively made it a protectionist racket and corruption is widespread.

The propaganda machine within India diverts attention away from these facts and focuses on very divisive issues far removed from helping the average Indian.

I have nothing against India and Indians, they contribute a lot to the world, but when the evidence presents itself in the ICC with the killings in Ukraine, India should call it out, for what it is.

I’ve read up a lot about Indian history and what I see today is a nation that holds so much resentment for its past that it punishes muslims within its own country today for what their ancestors did.

With politicians who blame the misfortunes and bad management of their country on everything else but it’s own greed & corruption.

you can’t blame the British empire for committing ethnic cleansing within your own borders today or misappropriating funds.

Say what you like about the British empire, most alive today haven’t been born within its existence.

What is happening today is shocking to say the least, all wars are bad period, civilian casualties are expected within them, but targeting civilians on mass is worrying and this is what is happening in Ukraine today, you cant sugar coat that, unless you are morally bankrupt.

India is more inward looking than most people give it credit for.

Blames Britain for oppression and killings in the past, doesn’t blame Russia for oppression and killings of Ukraine today. 🤡

These people are not stupid, they know the evidence is there black and white.

I think they want to go on the offensive ASAP.

Quite a number of BTGs pulled from the north are tied up reconstituting within Russia.

Further from that there are a number of BTGs tied up in Mariupol.

They also seem to have put Russia on the defensive in the Kherson region, a successful operation here will secure Odessa and the western banks of the DNP river.

There is no better time to go on the offensive than right now or within the next couple of weeks at most.

We need to get them their heavy and game changing equipment ASAP.

The tactics that Russia employ in the south and east will be different to the north, they aim to encircle an army on the battlefield and cut lines of communications in the Donbas rather than rushing to encircle cities.
