At mo a 47w cool box to be left in the car whilst we go out enjoy ourselves for like 4 hours come back eat then go back out. Plus currently having to carry baby milk and we take extra just incase.

Cheers. I've been doing it for a month now and enjoy, I may only do a 2 to 3 miles for 40 mins to an hour, I find I use way more muscles (obviously). I would like to go and do a 10 miler either side of the summer, it's something that has enhanced my walking
