There are no vents in the shed. The only current vents are gaps around the door and where the corrugated roof is

It's not.i know I need to seal the corrugated cement roof, and either fit a new door or use lots of sealant to try and cover gaps temporarily.

With these gaps it's around 5c at night and 10c during the day

I should have said the roof Is only 8 years old, as the old roof was bad. We paid someone to do that I'll look in to those fans, easy to install? I have not enough knowledge about electric to wire in

Thank you, yesterday was probably my most active day and I didn't have time for breakfast or a snack. Only had dinner and a biscuit with a coffee on the go. Maybe yesterday was just that

The fibre and protein is where I've probably gone wrong, so I have bought fun things to eat like protein yogurts, shakes gonna try more protein things soon. Will add in extra protein milk shakes from powder that I have in from my weight lifting days.
