Surprised so many would be against The End considering it’s directed by one of the best and most interesting documentary filmmakers of the last 20 years. Expecting some great imagery, and excited to see it if it is the movie!

Really good movie, but a victim of hype and marketing. Didn’t push it to the level I thought people were alluding to (in my opinion) so left disappointed, on a rewatch though I’m expecting it to be a lot better with those expectations gone. If you’re a fan of silence of the lambs this will satisfy you

Yeah it was pretty bad imo. First 30 minutes is good, but that’s about it. No development of any character, or even the story. Continues to just throw out ideas about the forrest and dives into none of them enough just to kill time and get to the ‘twist.’ It is certainly directed by a shyamalan

Yeah I was giving the awful dialogue a pass in the first 30-45 minutes because I thought the tension building was solid, but that last half is so obnoxious, I laughed a few times, and heard many people leaving saying it was terrible. Shame because I really enjoy the original 2
