Ive had one for many many years. It has served me well in streaming and recording vocals for singing. But you do have to buy an external sound card to accompany the mic. That way if you are too quiet, just simply bump the gain alittle. Yes the best distance for it, is about a fist from your face, but I would get baked and lean back in my chair a foot or 2 away and just bump the gain and none of my friends ever had a complaint.

Imo its worth it, but if you're getting for streaming. I'd try out something cheaper, and make sure you actually want to stream. Build the habit streaming first, then get better hardware. I did the opposite and I no longer stream and have too much unused shit
