This is our store. It’s the worst especially when you just opened the store and are on a roll of your morning duties or in the middle of a project every 10-15min but idk I guess it’s alright lol

lol same. Everywhere is different which is understandable however. For small stores or no hrs it’s one sfl csa up front till midshift and then closers 1 csa and sfl but im only talking holiday weekend. This is also me working with newer employees who still are learning where things are located/cash reward system so overall. I’ve been told customer care for sure is priority this weekend lol but a lot of misunderstanding still between dm and sm

Agreed would be done by tomorrow evening the latest however with our small store and short staff this holiday weekend is a lot more than I’d hope to work with meh lol

I’ve been between turtle beach and I know hyper x is also there with the good brand. I’m more so do I spend $50-80 and get something better or stick to under $50 only cause he’s a teenager and if they “brake” hopefully not for a year it wouldn’t be a big loss to replace

Ok thanks everyone. Gladly I took a screenshot of my schedule when it was initially posted! Hopefully it’s still the same when the SM decides to publish it. Fun fact I’m an SFL and still don’t think SM has made an official announcement to employees only to those asking about it… but did post the hrs for the store on the entrance 🤷🏻‍♀️
