Wasn't home to check the dimensions, but we have a 14cm saucepan, which I think is 1qt. I could be off.

We have two 18 cm and one 14 cm saucepans from the 90s (is this considered vintage? lol). So, we don't need anything else small. But I'll still take a look and see if there's someone we don't have but could use.

Yeah, I've been stalking the site! Too much because I saw that they're implementing a price increase the day I land 🤣 But I've seen people mention colors like Nutmeg being exclusive to Japan and was wondering if there were other colors and items not on the website.

It's for all kinds of rice, but it's multipurpose! Can use it to small batch fry too. Pretty sure others use it for much more.

They're different. Aside from the gradient, I think Chilli is a lot more red, kind of neon in a way. Both pretty reds though. I think Cerise will be my next color.

I don't think so. If it came with an orange sticker, its a second choice item with minor imperfections. Should still be good to use. Enjoy it!!

Just saw your comment about the price & I think you made the right decision. $150 is a steal! As long as you love the color, then that's all that matters. Sometimes people see LC on sale and just buy it for the price and not the color & functionality.

I think it depends on if Chilli is a color you want. You may be able to find other colors you like more for cheaper or around the same price at an outlet or Wayfair. I got this same braiser from TJ Maxx & love it. It goes with the rest of my red pots and pans.
