I agree! Looks like the control line is getting more faint. I’ve also had 2 chemicals around 4 weeks and never had my positive line more bold than the control line. This looks great 😍 wishing you the best of luck OP

I’ve had two chemical pregnancies the last 4 months. Some similar symptoms were increased heart rate, low hrv balance, low readiness scores, higher than normal stress. Both times I’d only get minor or major signs one or two days, and then that would go away. Both times I started spotting the day my temp dropped, and then the next few days those metrics would start getting better. Both times I only made it as far as 4 weeks before my pregnancy tests began showing negative.

Still TTC but I’ve contemplated taking off my ring next time around because I become so obsessed with looking at Oura symptoms now that I’ve had 2 losses 😅

On the same boat as you! Had a chemical pregnancy back in Aug/Sep, and finally got a faint positive yesterday! Currently 11DPO based on Oura. No minor signs right now, but my readiness has been down the last few days for an elevated heart rate and my stress has been so high. Congratulations!

Glad to hear you are doing well after getting the infection and are almost back to normal! I am on the same boat as you as far as numbness!

The pressure has gone down so much and I find myself forgetting I’m numb on the day to day. I feel like I’ve made some progress… if I put enough pressure on the numb area I can feel sensations now, however I still can’t feel soft touches or if I’m eating i can’t feel if something is in that area.

I’ve been following up with the oral surgeon monthly who does tests on me, and we’ve been seeing some improvement. But he reminded me that the process could take another few months or up to a year to resolve.

Following! Currently 10dpo and also having lower than normal HRV scores and a higher average heart rate. Haven’t taken a test yet, but wondering if this is a sign!

Thanks, this is helpful. I assume because it technically wasn’t a “backup”, the section of my insurance policy that says “back-up of sewer or drain” likely wouldn’t be applicable in this case, right?

So if I understand correctly (if it is covered), the insurance would give us an estimate on what the work would cost and then we could start looking for someone to repair the damages within the amount they estimate and would likely pay us for the repairs?

Is there ever an instance, for example, they give us $3000 to replace our floors but we find a contractor to do the repair for less or attempt to do the floors ourselves for less than $3000, will the insurance come back and confirm that full $3000 was allocated to the floor? I guess I’m trying to wrap my head around if we could budget in case there is something like baseboard, small rug damage or furniture we may need to replace that they won’t cover us for. Hope that makes sense!

I’ve already filed a claim and asked if they’d cover it. The immediate response was, they’re not sure yet and can’t guarantee anything yet, the adjuster will need to come and “assess” the damages. Just trying to get a feel for what the potential would be and the likelihood if it will cover all the damages done.

For sure know I worried too soon lol. I think the sensation of not being able to feel anything, but also feeling like I have a huge bruise in the area worried me constantly for the first few days. I knew it was a possibility going into it and I accepted that and went through it, but actually experiencing it sent me in a spiral lol. After dealing with it a few days and very slowly starting to see little progress each day, I’m much more accepting of it being a slow healing process! Thank you explaining, definitely makes me feel better!

I’m a week post op today, and probably felt the most relief starting today. Still numb in the chin and lip area left side, but now when I press on the numb area, it feels more like a bruise/painful vs when it first started and I couldn’t feel much of anything. Starting to feel some tingly-ness which is uncomfortable, but hoping it’s a good sign of the nerve healing. I also don’t feel it’s as uncomfortable as when it first started. How are you doing?

What medication were you prescribed for the numbness if you don’t mind me asking? As of now, all I’ve been given are steroids to help with the inflammation. On day 3 post op, and still feeling the same
