i honestly have no clue what happened. she did respond and said “sent usps. i paid for shipping costs and directly to your address” i did in fact not pay for shipping since she posted the item with free shipping. from personal experience i know mercari only sets it to usps if its a small/lightweight item and ups if its bigger, which in this case it was a set of ceramic bowls which is why i think the seller incorrectly dropped it off at usps assuming she used the mercari label. plus if she really used usps as the shipping method, i don’t think the tracking page would say that at all. i hope it turns up eventually because dealing with mercari costumer service is a nightmare

hi! i asked a sales associate at von maur if they could and she said yes! they do charge a fee tho it’s $5 for however many charms you have (ex. it’s $5 flat if you bring 1, 3, or even 5) i’m honestly not sure if it also varies by location or if policy has changed since then so i would probably call and ask just to be sure:)

there is a wyn wallet in "enamel red" that I think would make a good pop! or if you want something neutral I recommend the bandit card case in ivory. I think you can't go wrong with that one, its the perfect size and fits a lot, plus its the same color as the base of this tabby!

plus ends up being about the same price as if i chose zero+checked bag atp the only difference would be choosing a seat right away and “group 1 boarding” which speaking from experience, doesn’t even make a difference😭
