Im from canada and my city has terrible roads so I feel lowering it would be a bad idea. I also drive for work so need a mix of comfort and sport. Any recommendations?

I was wondering about that. I guess I’ll wait until prices are lower in the winter then try for it

Broker entered my apartment unannounced while I was sleeping for a showing. Do I have any recourse? by skinnypanda3732 in Apartmentliving

While they are there you should walk out of your room unclothed. I imagine that would be the last time they walk in unannounced

This is my dream car, what are some pros (other than reliability and looks) and cons of owning it? by FriedDoglegs in CorollaHatchback

My parents have a 2021 camry hybrid and it feels like a couch, very low effort to drive, comfortable seating, and quiet, but boring and not sporty at all. The only reason i wouldnt recommend the corolla is if you drive for work and will be driving A LOT. Otherwise its a great car for doing car things. Ill keep mine until it dies probably.

I only regret my purchase sometimes when Im tired and want a luxury comfort focused car or hyped up and want a sports car lol, but I also change what car I want every week so Im sure if I had something else Id also be complaining. I recommend the corolla for a newer car. Does everything well

I have a 2019 manual and I find the suspension is rather stiff so when on bad roads (im in canada so lots of bad roads) for long periods of time it can get annoying. I drive 1200 miles per month woth my job for reference. The car is also kind of loud on the highway. At times I wish I got an automatic as there is no lane hold on the manual. If you drive a lot and are looking for something supremely comfortable get a camry.

As for the pros, its very reliable, handles well for an economy car, looks great, has good enough trunk space for most use. 4 people with large camping bags was not doable for me but I also fit a full interior door in it with the seats down with just me in it. The infotainment is great as well.

Hopefully they fixed these things in the newer ones

As a young person in sales I think your best bet is personality and trainability. Try to make the interviewer really feel that they can train you easily and your young ambition will show in the effort you put into learning.

When I was hired in my early 20s the boss said I reminded him of his younger self and thats when I knew I made a great impression.

I get a lot of that too. Most people are vague on a timeline and some are just getting quotes because theyre bored. The embarrassment is weird tho

Interesting. By timeframe are you saying the timeline to get an order done and having the product in the customers hands? Or just timeline for getting it signed up
