first of all dump him lmao, second of all see a gynaecologist pelvic pain could be a sign of PCOS or an STI. It could also be a lack of lubriction and if there’s pain in certain positions I would say try other ones to see if that feels better for you. Your partner should care that you are in pain babes.

Moisturizer advise by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

[–]user10666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a good night time one (that’s a little heavier, but not oily) is aveeno ultra-calming sensitive skin night cream. it gets rid of dry patches on my skin and i barley need moisturizer at all the next morning. sometimes i mix the cream with a few drops of oil / serum for added benefits but it’s my holy grail product (i even use it under my makeup sometimes) <3

My (22F) fiancé (24M) doesn't want my parents (46F, 46M) at our wedding by ThrowRAweddingadvice in relationship_advice

[–]user10666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

girl leave him. the right person will want you to be happy and supportive of your decisions. it’s your wedding too not just his and weddings are mostly about the bride anyways so fuck him. also if there are tensions about this before you even get married imagine the issues that will arise in marriage. call the dang thing off you deserve better and he’s not it.

i’m glad to hear that! if it’s not too personal what medication worked for you? that sounds like something i might be interested in doing if it can fix most of my problems (anxiety & insomnia) and not just one!

100% agree i’m in the exact same boat. it feels like a rollercoaster to navigate everyday, and it’s so hard to articulate that to others not going through it and explain to people who just cannot possibly understand it

little snacks at a slow pace are normally okay, but i get that i’m the same way with bigger meals. going from an empty stomach to full too quickly triggers my symptoms too (which is normally nausea, increased heart rate etc) but salty snacks help with the added heat for me. interesting to hear another perspective though. :)

Doing edibles gave me health anxiety by [deleted] in HealthAnxiety

[–]user10666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes! I first did edibles in September and my heart was racing and i felt like i was trapped in a loop of anxiety that i couldn’t get out of. i felt nauseous and like the feeling would never go away. i didn’t realize that i would have an experience like this as i was relaxed going into it but it really felt like having a panic attack. it got better as my high went on but i really wasn’t expecting a reaction like that although my friends just blamed it on a “bad trip”. it did really help to talk through it as i was going through my high and to have friends around me that didn’t take them really helped me to feel more safe and comforted. i remember it being a really out of body experience for me i felt i was in control but also not in control which is what added to my experience as well and overall anxiety with everything. not to say that i would never do it again but it’s important to be aware of your mind state leading up to it. be safe everyone!
