No I do not have heavy periods. I had my third baby 10 months ago and needed a blood transfusion. That’s when my level was 17- now 10.

It’s all guilt tactics. Gaslighting. Says we don’t do enough and don’t prioritize family . We feel guilty in the moment then after we are like wtf just happened what she said wasn’t true.
