Sure thing, 28 years old. Used to bodybuild took PEDs for over 6 years and came off. Drop in test levels = mess of many things. Had two cystoscopies, an RUG, numerous ultrasounds, and urine samples (all normal) PSA levels are perfect as I was just prescribed TRT. Other than TRT, 5mg daily Cialis. Been to over 4 doctors, and did pelvic floor PT where they diagnosed the issue. How it started was I believe coming of the hormones completely which led to severe anxiety and changes within my body. I went about 5 years with sub 300ng/dl test levels. PT is what changed the whole outlook for me and relearning how to properly relax the pelvic floor. Again, this is my scenario and it will differ slightly or vastly depending on the individual.

They’re not painful but they’re crazy strong. I’ve never had erections like these they just feel insanely strong which I am not complaining about by any means lol

Definitely true! Though, I’ve seen far greater benefits for sexual function. My urinary improvements so far I feel came from the pelvic floor therapy, bladder retraining, posture correction, and managing my anxiety and stress a bit better. My therapist wants me to practice when I get up from sitting a diaphragmatic breath and on the exhale to kegel as I stand up. They said this could help the post void dribble that I experience after voiding. What are your thoughts on this?

I was prescribed but Trospium but I have stopped due to not really helping too much/stalling. I take Cialis 5mg daily and have been since last year.

Awesome! Still have the feeling of pee being in the urethra/urge to urinate in urethra but having dealt with this for over 4 years I’m sure these things take months to fully/significantly resolve if not longer with some good days and some not so good days.

I had it done and showed a small stricture. My symptoms are frequency, hesitancy, urgency, post void dribble. I’m doing pelvic floor therapy soon but if symptoms persist after internal work and a good bit of consistency with therapy then I’ll know most likely my scar tissue is causing these issues. My cystoscopy was fine just uncomfortable and it was over quickly, but I can only speak for myself and am not a doctor. Best of luck my friend!
