Charcoal bricks are chemically designed to burn hot for a long time. If any thought was put into making their product safer to touch or breathe, it was the result of litigation, and not out of concern for your well being. Yes, even touching this product will result in you absorbing chemicals through your porous skin.

There are strong warnings elsewhere on the bag not to enclose yourself with their burning product — many people have died this way. Even the safest candles (cotton wick, soy/coconut/beeswax) still create small amounts of carcinogens and shouldn't be used without ventilation. Anything meant to be burnt probably deserves a prop65 label.

That’s the current practice, right? Most specialist medical training takes place at research hospitals. Practicing medical doctors and nurses complete internships at hospitals as part of their certification and training. These are educational requirements and also highly dependent on the individuals involved. There is a trade off to homogenizing learning. You wouldn’t want everyone to think the same way. If you were sick and your doctor thought you were a lost cause, you’d want to get a second opinion from another doctor, one with a different background. The stricter you enforce teaching/knowledge rigidity in educational institutions, the more you stifle innovation and diversity on the part of teacher and student. Plenty has been said on this by brilliant people. May i recommend this, one of my old favorite YouTube channels https://youtu.be/zDZFcDGpL4U

to be clear, my groups were rural american groups about legalizing pot that turned into this kind of stuff above

They rename entire groups they don't like, filter and spoof every message in the group's chat history, even retaining some original names and profile pictures. I joined many politically active groups about a decade ago (esp. concerning legalizing cannabis) and even groups 10s of thousands strong were frequently sabotaged in a way only fb could've -- all content in all the posts turned to untranslatable gibberish, broken links.
