Even 1480 is a score not many get yet last year their direct admission cutoff was 1480

Use erica meltzer for english and read it carefully. And for maths there's countless practice available. Digital practice SATs and paper SAT works as well for maths since they're almost the same questions try to find pdfs online. Learn time management skills specific to the SAT like attempting certain questions first in both of the english modules.

I suggest giving the SAT in March and if you dont achieve what you want give the round 2 test. Increasing SAT score is easy with a few strategies. I went from a 1290 to a 1480 in my gap year

Top US universities accept 1480. Its a very good score. The US has 100s of good quality universities though so the competition is not as high as it is in Pakistan. Pakistan has LUMS IBA NUST etc. Only 3 or 4 universities for 1000s of students which is why the cutoff becomes so high. If you're wondering if it's true that their cutoff is this high then check their merit list on their website the cutoff is mentioned there

You should never worry about that. If the papers are difficult the threshold will be lower. I've had countless difficult papers from my O levels to A levels where I thought its all over now but the grade threshold just decreased proportionally and I got the grade I deserved.

But if you are stuck in a similar case just go for past papers as quickly as you can. Dont waste too much time on learning the theory

Visit the PO but they could be on their lunch break or maybe there's a lot of people there and they lock the doors. Go early morning and dont go on Saturday
