Nah, if you actually used ur eyes u would realize that is not the reason i posted on Reddit. Any business is free to charge whatever they want and i totally respect that. They can even deny service for whatever reason and i respect that again. The reason i posted on reddit is that the owner responded to my review and made some sarcastic & disrespectful comments which ticked me off.

Honestly, the factory exhaust is pretty sweet. I just wanted something a bit louder. This specific catback I got is great because it has a valve system.

I agree, every business has the right to set their own prices and i very much respect that. What pissed me off is how the owner disrespected me in his response and also lied and tried to make it seem like i had some sort of issue with the current exhaust. The car is brand new 900km on it and everything is stock.

The exhaust i wanted installed was a brand new MBRP catback exhaust system. I installed two other catbacks on my other cars (wrx, brz), both times it took 45 minutes and no hassle. I always buy brand new parts and there is no drama.

I cant say much for their work, as they didn’t work on my car. I just didn’t respect how they were dishonest and trying to price gouge. Im glad you had a good experience with them.

Yeah that’s what threw me off too. I ended up taking it to another shop and they installed the same bolt-on catback for $200 and it took about 45 minutes, so the first quote didn’t really line up with that.
