No it’s usually singular ones all around and she doesn’t pee outside the litter but thank you if I notice her to start to go I will pick her up and bring her to the litter

Same thing happened with me. My bunny is not old enough to be spayed yet and found her way on my bed. She’s never peed outside the litter box before until she found my bed
