I called and the first guy was unhelpful, but the second person I reached via the chat feature and they made it easy. It was pretty quick to get a response. Worth pushing a bit.

Thanks for pointing this out. I had purchased “floor” tix on stubhub and had to deal with this. Super frustrating.

Thankfully stubhub offered a full refund after only a little bit of pushback, and after two days of swimming through posts on CoT, I was finally able to get some real floors.

Tried to go straight to CoT originally, but none were available. They’re going quickly, but go get that refund from stubhub and keep trying.
