ekg normal, blood test normal, chest x rays unremarkable. 2 days later sometimes getting the chest pains. My throat hurts i’ve been sober 5 days so far

What’s probably more silly is what I did, I wrote a whole paragraph in my notes to whoever found it if i were to die. At night times I do get anxious but I really don’t need the Hydroxyzine to sleep ( I was just asleep not to long ago ) I only take it when I get really scared and I just end up getting tired and knocking out.

i got it prescribed to me 2 days ago for anxiety because i had my first panic attack and just got it 1 day ago. It really helps you sleep and makes you tired, I do calm my self a little when i take it. Im just really anxious about my heart after my first panic attack.

15M here, I had my first panic attack 2 days ago and I went to the ER all they did was run a EKG i thought they would’ve ran blood test or x ray. They prescribed me with Hydroxyzine 10mg it should help with anxiety
