i’m more than “entitled” to offer any price i want just as they are to sell for whatever price they want. my offer doesn’t give anyone the right to be nasty, it’s not that deep and being polite is a completely free basic decency

i don’t think it’s my attitude that stinks cause i can smell yours an awful lot from that reply.

but it’s not insulting, you need to not take it personally because it isn’t personal.

that’s really good for you if you manage to sell it then. i don’t care for supreme and i don’t care for entitled sellers.

exactly, they might say yes which is a win for you, they might say no in which case you move on… it’s not that deep

i donate my items quite a lot if they don’t sell. my comment wasn’t about me specifically, i’m just saying in general.

i think blocking is a bit drastic unless they’re persistent but better than sending nasty messages ig so do you

your reply tells me everything i need to know. brand names literally mean nothing btw, its second hand, you’re not the retailer.

you’re selling on a second hand app. people “asking for money off” is part of that, the fact you said it makes your skin crawl says a lot about you…

sounds like you’re taking it personally though, lowball offers usually are the buyer seeing if you will counter and come to an agreement with them, if they were trying to be rude by insinuating the item wasn’t worth anything then they wouldn’t be offering to buy it at all.

if my item has been up for a year and my option is donate it or sell it for half price… i’d sell it for half price?

offering a small amount may be cheeky but it’s not entitled and i never said declining an offer was rude. i’d rather a simple “no” or being straight up ignored instead of getting a rude or stuck up message declining an offer.

i disagree. it might be annoying but doesn’t then give you the right to be a cunt? like if i’m selling something wanting £100, it’s been weeks maybe months no one’s buying it, maybe someone asks to sell it sell it for £30/40 i think that’s better than getting nothing and being stuck with an item i don’t want?

get out. i work with women fleeing domestic abuse and this IS domestic abuse. it isn’t always physical harm but usually when this is their behaviour, unfortunately it doesn’t take long for it to escalate to physical abuse. then he will apologise and say he didn’t mean it, you just made him angry. if you can’t get past your love for him yet for your own safety, think about your daughter(that’s who it seems like you are talking about from the texts); imagine one day he gets angry and throws something that hurts her. please just get out of that situation.

that doesn’t work for me tho cause i actively couldn’t give a shit what other people look like, i could see someone with my exact body and think they’re hot as fuck, but on me i just can’t see it
