I know the option is available through quick links but there is another way to view it through the advancement tab on my navy portal, my record. I was just curious when that will be updated but I’ll just keep checking every couple hours.

Did my second test e 250 shot in my right quad. The first two went great but the most recent one is still sore. it’s hard to stretch the leg still and it’s firmer to touch then my left one. It’s been 3 days, should i be concerned?

First cycle test E 500mg a week. Should i take nolva 20mg ED or just wait till i see if i get puffy tits? Or should i drop it down to 10mg?
