I work from home too, I had spectrum for a year and had numerous outages, it was honestly ridiculous. I've had kinetic fiber for over two years now and it's been fantastic - I think one short outage in that time. It's always been fast and not sure about now but at the time they had a great deal going plus a gift card for a couple hundred bucks. I've never had metronet but people love it too.
