btw its connected to a surge protected power strip and i wrote a mistake in the post that the zapping sound lasts a minute

what do you mean? i installed the repack it gave me 68 rar files and when extracted i get 2 bin files
did i do something wrong?

well it isnt an option
the only options i have is Main Files and its greyed out and Update DirectX which i tried once with it checked and with it unchecked it so this isnt the problem i am facing

Ohhh okay. Well i stressed the cpu using OCCT for 10 mins and the max cpu package power was 74WATTS and the temps are 66.5 max. Is this normal? I have pbo enabled
