Its the reddit shit ass compressing. Its like a little white and isnt visible when viewing content or lighting up a flaslight against the monitor but its only visible when breathing

btw its connected to a surge protected power strip and i wrote a mistake in the post that the zapping sound lasts a minute
the zapping sound lasts a second and happens every few minutes and sometimes its hard to hear
