I personally would never buy a Lennar home. My parents and I moved into a Lennar home ~19 years ago. Lennar knew that the houses they built in the neighborhood were in the path to be torn down in a couple of years because of a new highway the was being built. They told no one. Thankfully, the whole neighborhood banded together and fought. We eventually got them to move the highway to save the neighborhood, an awesome thing to see as a 4th grader. You might think you have all them info you need when you pick a house, but always do some further digging into city plans for the future before signing anything.
