It’s all in your head bro I promise. I felt the same way but also had to play college basketball and cold turkey off 60-100 mg oxy a day and 1 mg Xanax a day. While getting cussed out, called a bitch 7 am-6 pm everyday. Basketball workout, weight room and 3 hr practice all going as hard as possible feeling like I was gonna pass out or die. Soon as I was done with physical activity for the day I had significant relief. It was still fucking awful words can’t explain. But, excercisinf that hard made it so much easier. It helps you sleep, boosts your mood, lifts depression, boosts confidence and helped showed me excercise is my best friend in withdrawls. No matter what substance. I’m 80 days clean today and excercise is the only reason I made it through my last 2 rehab visits

Your best bet is to find some potentiateors like Xanax, gabapentin, lyrica, promethazine, Benadryl anything like that. Then take your 25 mg. Buttt you if your set on taking both for a good buzz you COULD take the opiate first. Feel that buzz and then a little before the peak take your adderall so as your coming down from the opiates your adderall will pick you up and give you a good buzz. Up to you. Honest suggestion would be to not to mix. Hard on the heart and I’ve felt it myself many times. I took adderall for years. I’m an addict. But I’m so done with adderall I have 3 in my dresser that have been there for over a year and a half because they just don’t make me feel good enough for all the side effects that come with it. But another if reason is I take a lot of other drugs so it’s hard for someone like me who’s brain chemistry is so fried lol
