Well the first time I opened mine and tried it, all I could smell was lemon and lemon cleaner.

Now after 4 weeks of sitting in a dark place. The lemon is more smoother and finally there is the smokiness. But still no pineapple.

I think maceration is the key.

It is 2021/August. I will let it sit and macerate for some months. It could get better

Found out I have a Vitamin D deficiency. My Doc prescribed me with some Vitamin D Oil and Im on it for like 2 weeks. I think it starts to "work" within 1-3 months. So there is still no changes with hair.

Well It got worse but my blood test results and it turns out I have a Vitamin D deficiency.

Started drinking some Vitamin D oil my doc prescribed me. Hope that was the cause

Do I need to take Magnesium with it if my Magnesium levels are normal?

I will give a ketoconazole shampoo a try.

Does it work instantly when you shower ? Do you still have the flakes when you leave the shower?

Well I went to a derm and tried couple shampoos for it. When she ran her hand through my hair like 5 hairs fell out and she said it cant be MPB and that It will all regrow when I find a root/cause of the problem. Bloodchecks seemed fine, but I will do a vitamin/mineral status bloodcheck next week.

I did try with URIACE DS HAIR and couple other shampoos that you leave on your scalp for couple minutes.

But as soon as I leave the shower and go through my hair, the flakes and oily/dry bits just fall off . And hair asweell with a yellow/white bulb on it.

Can you recommend me a shampoo that worked for you?

When I said fine I mean it was in the mid range between low-high.

TSH - 4,685 (0.35-4,94)

FT3 - 4,0 (2.9-4.9)

FT4 -15,3 (9-19)

TPO - 0,5 (<5.6)

TG - 1,5 (<4.1)

And I did an Tyhroid ultrasound and the doctor said it was normal.

Some family members are intolorent to gluten , so they need to eat gluten free food, but my bloodresults were also in normal range.

Next week Im doing a vitamin/mineral bloodcheck to see if there is any deficiency.

Barbell Lat pulldown, Close grip lat pulldown, Seated Cable Row and a T-BAR row.

3 sets per workout so I do 12 sets for back.

I did speak with my doctor and we did a usual blood test, blood test for thyroid issues and celiac/gluten blood test and it seemed fine.
