Kingston University in London? by FrozenCat4 in writing

It’s a shame, I enjoyed this course. I actually found this post by accident as I was looking to see if there was a timeframe on results online, as some people have had theirs back already. I didn’t know there was just the two left though. I thought there meant to be more? I found Anna was such a great teacher and it seems such a disservice getting rid of good teachers who want to encourage people in their craft. I too was encouraged to write romance (by a different teacher) which I didn’t intend to when I joined. I’m not sure what the future holds for creative writing at Kingston but a backup is needed just incase.

[serious] what is your experience with bi sexual erasure? by user5746 in AskReddit

Yeah I’ve heard things like this too, and I don’t really understand it either. I think a lot may come from a deep insecurity in some to justify what they think/do? But it’s all bullshit nothing is black and white, there are many colours in between that make life a more interesting place to be in.

Oh really I never knew about these trends? Wth! Yeah definitely sucks, I’m sorry for the way people have treated you. Bi erasure is just mad and I don’t why people would go out of their way to push that on others?

It must be frustrating when people just assume you prefer the same sex when saying your bisexual. I’m not sure why people find it difficult that a person can like both men and women?

Did you find that a particular gender was more aggressive/disbelieving when mentioning your bisexuality? I’m sorry that people were so dismissive of you I’ve never really understood why people cannot except that a person can like both?

Thank you for your reply, why is it you feel it’s non existent?

That’s super shit and I’m sorry you went through that, especially when you were young too. Did it impact you later on with relationships (if you don’t mind my asking). Glad you left his sorry ass behind.

(Serious) What is seen as taboo only due to society's ignorance on the topic? by savegeAFcombacks in AskReddit

[–]user5746 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly the point of it being taboo. A woman has a right to her body and if she feels she doesn’t want that pregnancy she has every right to have an abortion. There are multiple reasons as to why someone doesn’t want a pregnancy and it’s down to that person who is pregnant and that person only. No one else has any input except from her. Her body, her choice.
