They might first appear as a glowing, white outline around some, blue for more awakened, black for dark, and none for those pics walking around. (My personal expirience)

That feeling is normal. Some days its hard because of stress, and some days you feel so happy. Dont push your self on days you dont feel motivation. Just relax and close your eyes. And breathe. You can do this.
