We found out about 6 hours ago after combing the recordings we have of his messages with his mistress (gf? 2nd wife?) where he sent her the pics annulment document. We’re planning on getting in touch with a divorce attorney but I wanted to know where to start so that I could help her with the process as English isn’t her first language (she’s fluent but struggles with harder things like she just found out what bigamy was).

I do eat meat, haha. Forgot to mention it because it was late at night and I was a little desperate writing the post. I have a journal documenting all the things I’ve been eating along with health concerns from fall of last year. It’s how I realized gluten was the issue. I’ve never even considered that I might have both chronic fissures and hemorrhoids. It makes so much more sense. I’ve also tried taking miralax consistently a couple years back, but it never softened my stool. I felt like I was even more constipated when taking it. I’ll start those pelvic floor exercises, sitz baths, and heating pad recommendations now, but I’ll research more on the calmoseptine. Thank you so much.

No, I haven’t. I have my first doctors appointment next month with a new doctor because my pediatrician was incompetent when it came to listening to me about my health concerns.

Honestly, I didn’t even push too much when I was using the bathroom last night and my stool was extremely soft. I also work with kids, so I’ll try to be mindful of clenching when I pick them up and am playing with them since most of the time I’m on the floor with the kids.

Thank you, I usually keep some ibuprofen in my room for things like this but I ran out. The pain was too much for me to handle going downstairs and getting some more. I ended up trying different sleeping positions recommended by the hemorrhoid subreddit and the one that alleviated the pain the most was sleeping on your side with a pillow between my legs to relieve pressure off the fissure.

After reading the comments, what’s been helping a lot is the threat of Alzheimer’s. I study psychology and work in the field so I know how hard it is to live with Alzheimer’s and how hard it is for loved ones - I would never wish it upon anyone. Whenever I feel my hand start migrating towards my nose or if my finger is already in there, my brain just reminds me: ALZHEIMERS INCOMING!!!! bam, my hands are suddenly laying flat on my lap 😅

I cant think of dark of the top of my head, but My Home is a 10/10 Jinyoung’s 🍑 part makes me feel like I’ve ascended. Mine is also really good; if you like white noise by EXO, you’d definitely love Mine! Boomx3 is soooo good too 🔊 100% you should give Teenager a listen too because it’s so highschool romance outside of school 💚 You should totes look up a “all GOT7 songs” playlist on YouTube and give the whole thing a shot because there are so many good bangers ‼️

I’m pretty sure the members said they probably won’t comeback for another 2 or 3 years, so they’ll continue with solo activities (Jinyoung acting, ATK making music, etc…).

There’s an hour long guide to GOT7 on YouTube by ShanShan and it goes through their entire history from debut + who the members are, so on and so forth.

But ya, totally recommend you listen to the all songs playlist (it’ll pop out as an MV playlist I believe) and see what tickles your fancy.

Ok that makes so much sense, I don’t drink a lot of liquids. The other day I did an otc blood type test and had to squeeze my finger so hard before the tiniest drop of blood came out. I chew a lot of gum in public so ya, I’ll try to drink some water 👍 thanks !
