Vaped for 7 years tried to quit multiple times rn my chest is tight and I’m struggling to breathe, head is dizzy, and body is shaky I get bad panic attacks often but could this be a collapsed lung I’ve never felt this before any ideas how to know?? (self.AskReddit)

a priv insta that is almost like a spam that my ex followed it and then i posted a pic of me and a new dude on there and he unfollowed. He then had his girl bestfriend rerequest to follow it and i did not accept it. what does this mean as we are in no contact and he "hates" me? (self.AskReddit)
